	Jenny Caldwell Jenny has been the President of First Choice Mortgage since 1992. She has been in the mortgage and banking industry for 25 years. She has a strong background in FHA, VA, Conventional loans specializing in first time home buyers. She was Vice President of Centerbank Mortgage from 1983 to 1992 and Marketing and Business Development with C&S Bank from 1976 to 1983.
	Renee Renee has spent the first 25 years of her career learning banking and lending from the bottom up becoming an officer of a major national bank. Eight years ago, she entered the mortgage field to put her knowledge and wisdom to work to enable many hundreds of people to purchase a home or refinance. Her dedication, determination, and perseverance have given her the reputation as a person to make almost any deal work. Having been a Realtor in a major market some 30 years ago, she understands "Realtors" concerns on getting loans closed. Renee utilizes FHA, VA, Conventional, or non conforming loan products as the need arises. She has been with First Choice Mortgage for 6 years, and has continuously been the "top producer". 	Joan Babcock Joan's has been in the mortgage business for 40 plus years. She has worked for First Choice Mortgage since 1993, closing the loan transactions, post closing and securing guarantees of government loans. She worked 4 years for Centerbank Mortgage in the closing department. She was an escrow loan closer in another state for 8 years, a licensed real estate broker and licensed insurance agent. Assisting customers in purchasing their homes is a very satisfying job.
	Ann Garrett This native born Augustan has been with First Choice Mortgage since 1993 and has 34 years in the residential and construction mortgage loan industry. Anne's experience includes conventional, VA, FHA, and construction to permanent mortgages, as well as second mortgages. As First Choice Mortgage's Top Volume Producer for the past 5 years, Anne's professional attitude and knowledge of this competitive market has helped hundreds of homebuyers purchase a new home or refinance their existing home.
	Chris Wise Chris is the receptionist for First Choice Mortgage. She has been with us since 1998. Previously she worked for a local Credit Bureau for 13 years and brought a vast experience in credit reporting with her.
	Cheri Reese Cheri worked for HSBC from 1972 unt March 2007. Of those 35 years, 25 of them were spent in August serving customer at Household and Beneficial Branch which are owned by HSBC. Cheri left HSBC and is enjoying using her 35 years of knowledge and experience in the credit industry to help customers find the loans that best fits their individual needs. Having FHA, VA, and Conventional loans to help get customers what that are looking for is fun and exciting. She lives in South Carolina and looks forward to serving both Georgia and South Carolina customers.
